Business Attorney
Career Consulting Partners is proud to partner with a boutique law firm focused on complex litigation. They provide expert representation across a wide spectrum of practice areas, ranging from corporate and real estate law to sports, entertainment, bankruptcy, and class action defense. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Litigation Attorney. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and an aggressive advocate who can independently manage a robust caseload from inception through trial.
Ideal Candidate:
Managing litigation cases from initiation to completion in state and federal courts and arbitration
Including preparation and drafting of pleadings, motions, discovery, and other court filings
Arguing motions in court and making other court appearances
Interfacing and building relationships with clients
Taking and defending depositions
Preparation for and participation in trials.
Requirements:
4-10 years of civil litigation experience required.
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the California State Bar.
Compensation & Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Sick Leave
Total Compensation range: $150,000 - $230,000 Plus Commissions and bonuses
