As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee operations in the Las Vegas market.
This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, supporting business growth, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, service, and performance across daily operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Vice President of Operations
As the Vice President of Operations, you will:
- Lead all operational functions within the Las Vegas market to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and community stakeholders
- Recruit, mentor, and lead operational staff and independent contractor drivers while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence
- Oversee fleet operations and maintenance to ensure vehicle readiness and service reliability
- Direct safety, compliance, and training initiatives in accordance with company policies and regulatory standards
- Analyze operational and financial performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Conduct operational reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, budgeting, and market growth initiatives
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure service expectations and contractual obligations are met
- Support employee engagement, labor relations, and company culture initiatives
- Promote operational consistency and uphold company standards across all departments
Qualifications of a Vice President of Operations:
- 5–10 years of senior leadership experience in operations management, transportation, logistics, or a related industry
- Proven experience managing operational performance, budgets, and business growth initiatives
- Strong leadership, team development, and organizational management skills
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities
- Results-driven leadership style with a focus on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
