Position: Service Writer
Location: Mission, BC
Lordco Parts LTD. is looking for a Service Writer to join the team at our Mission shop. At our Lordco Machine Shop we build cylinder heads and engines for domestic, foreign stock and performance. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Invoice and take payment from customers using POS system
- Provide accurate quotes
- Review and explain work orders with customers
- Verify proper shipment of parts, stock and organizing shop
- Performs a variety of other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge in engine rebuilding or high performance parts is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and highly organized with good time management and problem solving skills

Wage is $20-25/hour, based on experience
