Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support the company's business growth
• Standardize IT operations, including establishing policies, processes, and knowledge documentation
• Oversee the construction of IT systems, participate in system development, and integrate IT resources to meet business needs
• Engage in the development of information security protocols to ensure the safety of the company's networks, systems, and data
• Analyze business and process requirements to propose IT-driven optimization strategies that enhance operational efficiency

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of IT experience and 2 years in a managerial role. Proficiency in Chinese and English as working languages
• Familiarity with the architecture of internal information systems in medium to large enterprises, along with experience in information system planning and project management
• Proficiency in Python/Go programming languages, with practical project development experience
• Knowledge of networking and office software, with experience troubleshooting common issues
• Keen insight into technology applications, with the ability to provide optimization recommendations based on business scenarios
• Strong service orientation, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to teamwork
• Bilingual in English and Chinese will be highly advantageous
