Program Manager – SDG Delivery Portfolio (KSA)
Job Description
This role is open to both Saudi and non-Saudi candidates, offering the opportunity to work on complex, high-impact programs aligned with Vision 2030
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of large-scale strategy and analytics programs across multiple clients and industries.
- Define and manage program governance, ensuring alignment with both client priorities and SDG Arabia standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across practices (Data Analytics, EPM, and Digital Transformation).
- Monitor and report program performance, budgets, timelines, and risks.
- Coach and mentor project managers, strengthening our delivery leadership in KSA.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience managing delivery portfolios or large programs in consulting or enterprise environments.
- Strong background in Business Strategy and Data Analytics delivery.
- Demonstrated expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and C-level engagement.
- PMP, PgMP, or Prince2 certification strongly preferred.
- Prior experience in KSA or GCC markets is highly desirable.
