We have full-time and part-time positions for dedicated line cooks. You'll work alongside our Executive and Sous Chefs to keep service sharp, stations stocked, and food executed to specifications. Multi-position BOH knowledge required. We're looking for cooks who can hold their own across prep, sauté, grill, and beyond not just a one-station cook. This role demands real availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays. If you thrive when the heat is on, you'll fit right in.

Compensation for this position varies based on experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Measure and assemble ingredients to chef specifications, every single time.
  • Set up and fully stock your station before service.
  • Collaborate with the Executive and Sous Chef through every dining period.
  • Maintain accurate food inventories and rotate stock per established procedures.
  • Store food items at proper temperatures and restock for the next shift.
  • Keep the prep area and kitchen clean and sanitized throughout your entire shift.
  • Comply with all nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Your Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Culinary school diploma preferred
  • Valid Food Handlers Certificate
  • Prior line cook, restaurant cook, or prep experience preferred
