🔍 Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient Electrical Engineer to join our team on a high-profile 400kV substation EPC project in Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for a Saudi National with a strong academic background in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on high-voltage power systems or utility infrastructure. The selected candidate will be stationed on-site during the construction phase, supporting engineering and execution activities in remote and isolated project locations.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

• Nationality: Saudi (mandatory)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering

• Specialization in Power Systems, High Voltage Engineering, or Utility Applications is highly preferred

• Language: Proficiency in Arabic and English (technical documentation and communication)

• Mobility: Willingness to work in remote site locations for extended periods during construction

⚡ Key Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing electrical designs, schematics, and single-line diagrams for 400kV substation systems

• Support the preparation and verification of technical documentation, including specifications, datasheets, and method statements

• Participate in site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities under supervision

• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of electrical equipment and materials

• Collaborate with construction teams to monitor installation progress and ensure compliance with design and safety standards

• Maintain accurate records of engineering activities and contribute to progress reports

• Engage with client representatives, consultants, and vendors to resolve technical queries

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental protocols in remote site conditions

• Basic understanding of high-voltage equipment (e.g., GIS, transformers, circuit breakers, protection systems)

• Familiarity with IEC, IEEE, or SASO standards applicable to substation design and construction
