Qualifications and Requirements:
- Grow & integrate WWT’s solutions to be market competitive, align to customer outcomes, be profitable, and drive innovation.
- Bring E2E expertise & solutions and show up as One Team to deliver customer results and elevate WWT’s services brand
- Infuse AI in everything we do, across existing offerings and new offerings and within WWT.
- Increase our employee’s skills, instill an IML and DEIB Culture to bring the best to WWT’s clients, and foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, innovation and diversity.
- Expand solutions in key accounts to capture recurring revenue & strengthen WWT’s client partnerships
- Create new Growth Solution Strategies and offerings to capture market share, differentiate WWT, and generate new revenue
- Increase Alignment, Partnership & Collaboration in Sales, GS&A, and SC&E to deliver customer value
- Previous Management Consulting Experience Required
Success criteria for this role will be focused on:
- Bringing in industry and external viewpoints to evolve the AI growth strategy of the across all Solutions, robust and leading market relevance, and competitiveness of solutions

- Meeting / exceeding business targets for the Solutions
- Viewed as a role model to peers and team members, teaming across all Solution Leads, and showing up as One WWT across all teams
- Deep Expertise in selling and leading complex transformational services
- Create and lead compelling presentations to support concepts and solutions, and persuasively discuss strategy with client executives
AI Portfolio & Go‑to‑Market Leadership
- Elevate AI offerings and GTM strategy to increase brand awareness, generate and close new strategic demand, and strengthen WWT’s market differentiation.
- Align AI capabilities across the Solutions portfolio to drive a cohesive, end‑to‑end AI value proposition for the market.
Client Engagement & Sales Excellence
- Lead sales activities and client discussions to build credibility across AI and the broader Solutions portfolio.
- Provide executive‑level support to drive client engagement, qualification, and closure of new business.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales Leaders, Solution Leaders, and Architects to bring the right expertise and solutions into pre‑sales and qualification activities.
- Work collaboratively across teams to align AI offerings, messaging, and execution.
Market & Industry Expertise
- Bring industry insight and external perspective to elevate WWT’s AI and solution capabilities.
- Capture and close demand by translating market trends and client needs into differentiated solutions.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $230,000 to $300,000 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
