Summary of role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our legal team with a broad range of legal and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, fast-paced environment, contributing to key legal processes including KYC/onboarding, company secretarial matters, and ad hoc legal projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to KYC and onboarding queries from banks, corporate service providers, insurers, and auditors

  • Reviewing and proofreading legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency

  • Assisting with company secretarial duties, including:

  • Drafting meeting minutes

  • Registering share transfers and resolutions

  • Maintaining and updating group structure charts

  • Conducting due diligence on group entities where required

  • Liaising with corporate service providers

  • Supporting legal counsel on ad hoc projects and tasks

  • Managing and maintaining data rooms

  • Providing general file management and administrative support

Requirements

Essential

Qualifications/Education:

  • LLB degree or completion of the GDL

  • Strong academic background

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Strong organisational and workload management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Paralegal

Desirable

Qualifications/Education:

Legal Practice Course (LPC)

Skills & Knowledge:

Experience in litigation and/or corporate law

Experience:

Experience within a corporate department of a law firm or an in house legal team
