The Role

Lyra Health is looking for an Operations Associate II to join our Provider Enablement team to help us grow and scale the core operations of our Therapy programs. This role is a great fit if you are energized by working closely with therapists to enable their success, have a passion for creating frictionless clinical onboarding experiences, possess demonstrated project management skills, and have an eye towards scale. As we move through 2026 and beyond, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our expanding network is technically supported and operationally ready to provide world-class care.

Core Focus Areas

  • Core Enablement: Manage high-volume onboarding and training content design/maintenance and rollout for our 1099 and W2 provider networks. Proactively identify process gaps and bottlenecks, implementing scalable solutions and workflows to improve overall enablement efficiency.
