Recruitment Senior Specialist
As a Recruitment Sr Specialist, you will play a critical role in building the teams that design and manufacture life-saving automotive safety systems. You will lead end-to-end recruitment strategies across multiple locations, attracting diverse and highly skilled professionals.
What you’ll do:
Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer for multiple complex requisitions
Partner closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HRBPs to align talent strategies with business objectives
Develop and execute targeted staffing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines
Deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience aligned with Autoliv’s values
Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors
Manage hiring for professional (indirect) roles, including senior-level and highly specialized technical positions
Ensure efficient and compliant use of ATS tools and recruitment technologies
What is required:
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 6–8 years of recruiting experience, ideally within manufacturing environments, large global organizations, or automotive or R&D/technical centers
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously with a high level of organization and quality
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean/xray search)
• Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills
• Fluent English is a must
• Work arrangement for this position is on-site from Monday through Thursday, and remote on Fridays
