In this role you will support to establish and maintain sufficient transparency of planned and actual IT expenditures and headcount for global and divisional IT organizations. Transparency should be given by cost type, function, application or project at a granularity tailored to the target audience. You will support the creation and maintenance of clear definitions around IT financials as well as the implementation of efficient processes and tools to enable accountability and sound decision making.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards, your role will involve

Data Management & consolidation

  • Support on IT RF planning and IT RF consolidation

  • Support creation of AFIS IT projects incl. assignment of relevant users

  • Check cost vs. budget and provide reports for further analysis

  • Support IT project value analysis and follow up (IT Business Case)

  • Support concept of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) acc. to IT application/ service catalogue

Governance & Process Support

  • Support the development of new processes, definitions and rules related to IT Financials and IT financial transparency

  • Review and update approval flows for the IT organization in Finance related tools

  • Follow up IT CAPEX and activation activities as well as IT related accruals

  • Check IT HC report on a regular basis and trigger necessary changes

Communication and training support

  • Coordinate the communication around IT Finance related topics

  • Create and maintain IT Finance related training material 

  • Provide IT Finance related trainings (tools and processes)

Overall:

  • Support of the IT Control & Governance team overall based on need

 

 And if you have/are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or similar field

  • Work experience in a Finance related field and in a global work environment

  • Curiosity about new processes and tools

  • Comfortable presenting, teaching, and promoting initiatives across teams and stakeholders

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and potentially Autoliv financial tools like OneStream and AFIS

  • Self-driven, proactive and driven to continually seek out improvement opportunities 

  • Fluent in English
