Job Description

Duties Responsibilities Implement processing procedures for various transactions, including new hires, employee record changes, and reappointments. Apply transactions at a campus level as a final reviewer for Extra Help transactions. Provide guidance and resolve discrepancies or policy questions with campus units. Respond to inquiries, manage shared communications, promote consistent application of Extra Help Services processes, and elevate complex or policy-sensitive questions. Advises campus HR staff on Extra Help policies, hour limitations, classification requirements, and return-to-work provisions Monitor and evaluate appointment transactions for compliance with policies and procedures. Review and reconcile reports affecting appointment and/or payroll processing. Process bi-weekly payroll activities, including applicable adjustments. Assist customers with technical issues related to appointment processing. Provide technical support related to appointment processing and onboarding within HR Systems. Troubleshoot system issues and escalates system-related concerns as appropriate.
