Beautiful bubble bars and solid shampoos are amongst the spectacular range of handmade creations within the department. The Christmas number one product was Snow Fairy Roll mini, to which a staggering 242,341 items were handcrafted in 2025!
As a Seasonal Team Leader, you will champion our company policies from Health & Safety to good practices as well as ensure the preparation and fulfilment of your products to our retail business is completed with speed and accuracy, maintaining the highest quality products produced for our customers.

Responsibilities within this include:
- Organise work flow within the team to achieve maximum efficiency
- Carry out checks regularly to ensure high standards
- Maintain good communication and positive morale within the team
- Uphold and monitor company policies and good practice including H&S and GMP guidelines
- Scan products for batch traceability
- Ensuring cleanliness and standards of the room are maintained
- Support training of new staff and keep training records up to date
- Be proactive and eager to learn
- Quality control - to be able to determine the quality of the finished products
- Remain professional and confidential at all times
- Shift flexibility required during seasonal period
