$115,000 – $135,000 base salary + performance bonus

🚀 The Opportunity

We are partnering with a well-established infrastructure solutions provider to hire a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow their presence across Alberta.

This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving revenue growth within the civil construction and steel products market. You will own regional strategy, lead a team, and manage key client relationships in a sector supported by consistent infrastructure demand.

This is a strategic, relationship-driven role, not transactional sales.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategy across Alberta

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within civil construction and infrastructure markets

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and engineering firms

  • Manage forecasting, budgeting, and regional performance

  • Collaborate with internal teams across engineering, production, and operations

  • Represent the business at industry events and client meetings

  • Support pricing strategy and contract negotiations


🧠 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales leadership experience within civil construction, infrastructure, or steel products

  • Track record of driving revenue growth and managing key accounts

  • Experience leading or mentoring a team

  • Strong ability to engage both technical and commercial stakeholders

  • Solid commercial acumen including forecasting and pricing strategy

  • Comfortable operating in a field-based, relationship-driven environment

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools


⭐ Preferred

  • Background in engineering, construction, or technical sales

  • Experience within the Alberta market

  • Knowledge of steel, structural products, or civil materials
