About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive growth and market penetration within the industrial automation sector in South Africa. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering innovative solutions to key industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Recruit, train, and manage local partners and system integrators to strengthen the channel network.

  • Oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and contract closure.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 5–10 years in sales within industrial automation or process control technologies.

  • Strong track record in Power Generation and Mining sectors in South Africa.

  • Established network among end-users, EPCs, and system integrators.

  • Previous experience with major automation vendors or reputable system integrators.

  • Solid technical knowledge of DCS, PLC, SCADA systems and instrumentation.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Automation, Chemical) or related field.
