Company Description

As Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through Red Bull’s innovative marketing activities in Sweden. You will play a central role in developing and executing commercial and brand partnership strategies that bring Red Bull’s energy, creativity, and unique culture to life through collaborations with leading brands. 

You will identify potential partners, prepare compelling proposals, lead negotiations, manage key relationships, ensure the delivery of commitments, and conduct performance reporting and analysis. 

Working closely with our Sport, Culture, Media Network, and Brand teams, you will maximize the value of Red Bull’s assets and activations. From skiing and hockey to music, dance, and gaming, Red Bull thrives in diverse playgrounds — and in this role, you’ll be at the heart of almost all of them, driving impactful partnerships that enhance our brand presence and deliver measurable business results.

Job Description

BRAND PARTNERSHIPS 

  • Develop and execute the Brand Partnership strategy for Red Bull Sweden in alignment with international and local guidelines. 

  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within partner brands to develop impactful collaborations. 

  • Write proposals, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements. 

  • Deliver commercial revenue that meet or exceed targets. 

  • Create innovative, tailor-made partnership offers in collaboration with internal departments (Sport, Culture, Media Network, Brand). 

  • Ensure seamless, brand-compliant integration of partners’ products/services within Red Bull’s ecosystem; optimizing placements at events, athlete projects, and media endeavors. 

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. 

  • Manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously, thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. 

 

ADMINISTRATIVE & REPORTING 

  • Create and manage budgets for income related to events, media, and athlete projects. 

  • Conduct monthly income reporting and performance analysis. 

  • Prepare and deliver national and international reports and presentations for company meetings, management, and projects. 

Qualifications

Higher education in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 

3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Media, or Publishing. 

Proven success in strategic brand partnerships or business development, ideally within the sports, entertainment, or lifestyle industries. 

Strong understanding of branded content and its role within sponsorships and commercial collaborations.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. 

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and effectively manage multiple tasks 

Results-driven, with a history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals. 

Established network within Sweden’s Marketing and Advertising industry. 

Excellent presentation skills, both verbally and the ability to put together a presentation 

A strategic and creative thinker who takes initiative and drives ideas to execution. 

Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
