Are you a natural team leader with experience in warehouse operations and a hands-on approach? We鈥檙e looking for a proactive and committed Team Leader to join a dynamic logistics team in the Katowice area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a fast-growing company with strong international presence and a collaborative environment.
Your Responsibilities:
- Organize and supervise daily warehouse operations
- Coordinate and support team members to ensure smooth inbound/outbound activities
- Oversee processes in line with client expectations and service level agreements
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire protection standards (HSE)
- Conduct training for new employees and guide their onboarding process
- Manage working hours records and schedules of your team
- Oversee warehouse infrastructure and equipment
- Operate WMS and TMS systems to ensure accurate logistics processes
- Participate in employee evaluations and continuous improvement initiatives
Your Profile:
- Previous experience in warehouse/logistics operations, ideally in a leadership or foreman role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with warehouse systems (WMS/TMS) and MS Office tools
- Knowledge of workplace safety and basic labor law regulations
- Ability to lead a team under time pressure
- UDT forklift certification required
- Intermediate English (spoken and written)
- Willingness to work in shifts
