Job Description

We are looking for a strategic profile with a solid technical background to lead digital transformation initiatives for our clients. As a Senior Cloud Project Consultant, you will act as the bridge between business objectives and technological execution, ensuring proper alignment between both dimensions.

Beyond project management, you will play a key role as a trusted advisor, defining cloud migration strategies and supporting the technological growth of existing clients. Your mission will be to ensure not only on-time and on-budget delivery, but also the generation of value, scalability, and sustainability of the implemented solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

1. End-to-End Project Management

• Lead the full project lifecycle, from discovery phases and scope definition through to final delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee technical resources, milestones, and dependencies, applying agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) or hybrid approaches.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Manage project financial controls, ensuring efficiency and adherence to economic objectives.

2. Leadership and Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the client, translating business needs into viable technical solutions.
• Facilitate design sessions, workshops, steering committees, and executive reporting.
• Lead and develop talent within the team, including mentoring of junior profiles.

Qualifications

Must-have requirements

• Experience: 8–10+ years in IT environments, with at least 5 years leading complex projects.
• Methodologies: Certification or solid experience in PMP, PRINCE2, and/or agile frameworks (Scrum).
• Skills: Strong negotiation ability, risk management, commercial orientation, and excellent communication with C-Level stakeholders. Proactivity and autonomy in decision-making.
• Languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English (professional level).
• Cloud platform certifications in public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• University degree in STEM fields or related areas.
• Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent).
