📍 Remote | Client Homes | Clinics | Community Settings
🕒 Full-Time (40 hours/week)
💼 Salary: USD 85,000 - 115,000 DOE

🧠 About the Role

The Behavior Lab is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our interdisciplinary team. This hybrid role supports neurodiverse children and their families through a blend of traditional therapy, caregiver coaching, and behaviorally informed practices. 🧩 What You’ll Do

Core Therapy Services:

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy focused on emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges
  • Support families navigating autism, ADHD, anxiety, and parenting stress
  • Use trauma-informed, systemic, and evidence-based interventions
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

Behavioral Integration:

  • Conduct clinical observations in home, clinic, school, or community settings
  • Collaborate with BCBAs and behavioral teams to align mental health and behavior support plans
  • Deliver caregiver coaching in reinforcement, co-regulation, and behavioral strategies
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and treatment planning
  • Help monitor goals related to communication, emotional regulation, and social development

✅ Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
  • Active LMFT license in the state of practice
  • Experience working with children and families, especially those impacted by autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong skills in documentation, collaboration, and organization
  • Comfortable working in diverse settings with a flexible schedule

💡 Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis or coursework in behavioral science
  • Experience supervising RBTs or interdisciplinary teams
  • Trained in ACT, CBT, PCIT, SPACE, or other parent-mediated interventions
  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English)

  • Able to kneel, squat, crawl, sit, or stand for extended periods

  • Availability for occasional evenings and weekends

👥 Team Structure

  • Reports to: Lead LMFT > Director of Diagnostic & Mental Health > CCO > CEO
  • Direct Reports: Mid-tier Supervisors, Behavior Technicians
