Position: ABA Clinical Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour/ DOE

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

About the employer:

The Behavior Lab is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company, providing play-based therapy to children with behavioral concerns, or have a diagnosis of Autism. We are looking for a strong and compassionate candidate, that loves to work with children, and has a passion to serve others! Experience is a plus, but not required, as paid training is provided. The perfect candidate must be goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a home setting, as well as community, clinic, or school-based as needed. Responsibilities:

  • Develop goals, programs, materials, and behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Oversee the work of behavior technicians.
  • Conduct 90 day and annual competency/performance reviews for direct reports.
  • Provide ongoing individual program oversight.
  • Attend weekly supervision meetings with the Clinical Director.
  • Ensure implementation of appropriate behavioral data systems.
  • Collect quantifiable behavioral data at regular intervals.
  • Facilitate continual evaluation of behavior plans.
  • Monitor achievement of individual goals and objectives.
  • Ensure quality assurance of services provided to families.
  • Assist in the initiation and startup of new cases.
  • Ensure compliance with BHCOE and BACB requirements outlined by the organization.

Note: This does not exhaust all requirements of the role. Any directives requested by the CEO/CCO should be implemented

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in ABA or related field or enrolled in a Master's program working toward obtaining a degree in a related field with 12 units completed

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 year of ABA experience or in a related field
  • Previous work experience training others in applied behavior analysis or child settings
  • Experience conducting trainings and speaking in front of groups of employees

Physical Requirements:

  • Demonstrate the ability to adopt and sustain various postures, including kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, and standing, for extended periods.
  • Comfortably sit on the floor or stand for extended durations when working with children exhibiting challenging behaviors.
