Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant

Workster is partnering with a global customer experience and lifestyle solutions company to recruit a Finnish-speaking Fashion Support Consultant for an international fashion project.

Your Role

• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other digital channels.
• Provide first-class assistance regarding orders, deliveries, returns, and product details.
• Maintain a high level of brand and product knowledge, ensuring every customer receives accurate information.
• Log all interactions in the system and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify potential issues and escalate when needed while following established procedures.
• Work collaboratively with mentors and teammates to deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the brand’s values.

Your Qualifications

• Fluency in Finnish (C1 or native) and good command of English or Spanish.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine interest in fashion, trends, and customer satisfaction.
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Working knowledge of Windows, MS Office, and online tools is an advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, or e-commerce is a plus, but full training is provided.

The Offer

• Full-time permanent contract (39h/week).
• Rotational schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 08:00–19:00.
