Workster is partnering with a leading customer experience provider in Greece to recruit a Swedish-speaking Business Development Representative for a project with a global leader in cloud computing, based in Athens.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and driving sales for Cloud solutions. You will work in a fast-paced, international sales environment, helping businesses adopt cutting-edge cloud technologies while advancing your career in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.

This is a full-time, on-site position offering relocation support and excellent career growth opportunities.

Your Role

  • Identify and engage new business opportunities, introducing companies to the client’s cloud services
  • Communicate with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and proposing tailored solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by closing deals and exceeding sales targets
  • Expand existing client accounts, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Contribute to refining sales strategies and supporting the overall team’s success

Your Requirements

  • Fluent Swedish(C1) and proficient English (B2+)
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Confidence in outbound sales, cold calling, and closing deals
  • Strong results-driven mindset with resilience and adaptability
  • Interest in cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) is a plus
  • EU citizen, Schengen passport holder, or Greek residence permit allowing work
