Key Responsibilities – Arabic B2B Hotel Customer Service in Lisbon

  • Deliver first-class B2B customer support to hotel clients via phone, email, and live chat in Arabic and English.
  • Assist hotels with booking management, technical platform queries, and issue resolution.
  • Provide clear, tailored advice to hotel partners regarding best use of company technology solutions.
