Workster is partnering with a leading global company in digital services to recruit Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an exciting project in the streaming and entertainment sector. Based in Lisbon, this role is perfect for dynamic individuals who are passionate about helping customers and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Your Role

  • Provide outstanding support to users via phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Assist customers with account setup, login issues, and subscription management
  • Troubleshoot streaming, app, and technical problems
  • Guide users on payment queries and service changes (pause, cancel, renewals)
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
  • Report trends and customer feedback to help improve the service

Your Qualifications

  • Speak Danish fluently (C2 level) and have a good command of English (B2 level)
  • Have strong communication and active listening skills
  • Are customer-oriented and empathetic
  • Are adaptable and can work well under pressure
  • Have experience in customer service (preferred, not required)
  • Are flexible with rotating shifts and weekend work
