Your Role

• Design, implement, and maintain robust ML systems using reinforcement learning and multi-armed bandit algorithms
• Contribute to scalable solutions for dynamic pricing strategies that directly affect millions of customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Operations to bring experimental models into production
• Monitor model performance and business impact, conducting in-depth analyses when needed
• Identify and solve business inefficiencies through ML-driven approaches
• Clearly communicate methodologies and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Your Qualifications

• Experience with machine learning or data science, ideally including reinforcement learning, bandit algorithms, or Bayesian methods
• Strong Python proficiency and familiarity with modern ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Comfortable with deploying and maintaining ML systems in a production setting
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus
• Passionate about learning and solving complex real-world challenges
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English
