Key Responsibilities – Account Management & Hospitality Partnerships in Sweden or Finland

  • Manage a portfolio of key hospitality accounts, ensuring consistent delivery of value and operational excellence.
  • Develop long-term, strategic relationships with decision-makers in hotel groups, restaurants, and hospitality chains.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and optimising account performance.
  • Identify growth and cross-sell opportunities by understanding client business drivers and matching appropriate solutions.
  • Lead business review meetings, presenting results and insights to clients, and proactively recommending improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, product, and support teams to deliver seamless onboarding and continuous service levels.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipeline, and revenue in CRM tools.
  • Represent Workster at industry conferences and networking events throughout Sweden, Finland, and the Nordics.
  • Monitor market trends in the hospitality sector, providing internal feedback to shape product development and service delivery.

Candidate Profile – Requirements for Key Account Manager Hospitality Roles

  • Solid experience managing B2B accounts, ideally in hospitality, payments, retail technology, or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to build and nurture executive-level relationships with hospitality clients.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating and closing complex agreements.
  • Understanding of payment solutions, point-of-sale systems (POS), or digital commerce platforms is highly advantageous.
  • Data-driven, analytical approach – able to interpret reports and KPIs to drive account growth.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in Swedish or Finnish and English.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and skilled at managing priorities in a fast-paced, international setting.
  • Team player who can also take the initiative and work independently.
  • Eligibility to work in Sweden or Finland and flexibility to travel across the Nordics as required.
