Main Responsibilities – Quality Control Specialist (iGaming, Portuguese Language), Bogotá

• Conduct comprehensive quality assessments of customer interactions, game content, and compliance documentation in Portuguese, in line with company and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on interactions across multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and phone, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to iGaming guidelines.
• Develop and implement effective quality control processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the quality assurance team.
• Provide regular feedback and actionable insights to operations, risk, and customer support teams to enhance service delivery and maintain player satisfaction.
• Participate in calibration sessions, audits, and the development of training materials to support the highest quality standards in Portuguese.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and changes in iGaming compliance—particularly within Portuguese-speaking markets.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address quality concerns and support key performance metrics (KPIs).

Candidate Profile – Portuguese Quality Control Specialist for iGaming, Bogotá

• Proven experience in quality assurance, quality control, or compliance roles, ideally within the iGaming, customer service, or online entertainment sectors.
• Full fluency in Portuguese and English—both written and spoken; additional language abilities are an advantage.
