Senior Infrastructure Engineer

As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting infrastructure solutions that ensure high availability, performance, and security. You’ll be involved in both architecture and hands-on engineering, working on strategic IT initiatives while resolving advanced technical challenges.

Your Role

• Leading the design and scoping of infrastructure and technology solutions.
• Ensuring service availability and integrating it into operational planning.
• Managing patching, vulnerability mitigation, and incoming IT requests.
• Reviewing infrastructure needs for all technology and service projects.
• Driving improvements in system performance, standardization, and efficiency.
• Providing architectural guidance while staying up to date with emerging trends.
• Identifying and managing risks that could impact uptime or operations.

Your Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3rd-level Infrastructure Engineer, with strong technical capabilities.
• Hands-on expertise with VMware, Veeam, and Linux environments.
• Deep knowledge of server hardware, operating systems, and security best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for backend systems.
• A proactive, forward-thinking mindset and strong communication skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
