Main Responsibilities – Digital Trust & Safety Specialist Greek iGaming Jobs Sofia

• Monitor live platform activity to proactively identify, investigate, and address suspicious or fraudulent behaviours within the gaming environment, focusing on Greek-speaking user bases.
• Analyse user reports related to account security, responsible gaming, and policy violations, delivering efficient resolutions while minimising risk and disruption to operations.
• Collaborate closely with compliance, payments, and customer care teams to manage cases of potential money laundering, bonus abuse, and unethical conduct in line with regulatory requirements.
• Utilise advanced digital tools and case management systems to document findings, gather evidence, and escalate issues as necessary for further review.
• Support player onboarding processes, ensuring proper KYC (“Know Your Customer”) and anti-fraud checks for Greek-speaking clients.
• Identify patterns or emerging threats, contributing insights to continuous improvement of trust & safety protocols and risk mitigation strategies.
• Champion a fair, inclusive, and transparent digital environment, upholding both company policies and local iGaming regulations relevant to Greece and Bulgaria.
