Responsibilities – Swedish Customer Service Jobs in Lisbon

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Swedish-speaking clients, handling money transfer and financial service enquiries with accuracy and care.
  • Communicate effectively via phone, chat, and email in both Swedish and English to address questions, resolve problems, and manage requests.
  • Investigate and resolve transaction-related issues promptly, ensuring every customer is satisfied with the outcome.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude, acting as an ambassador for our international Fintech partner.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive cases following company protocols and ensure effective resolution.
  • Record all customer interactions, decisions, and solutions in company systems with a high level of detail.

Skills and Qualifications – Swedish-Speaking Support Careers in Portugal

  • Native or near-native fluency in Swedish (C1 level) with strong English (B2 minimum) communication skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and a problem-solving mindset for delivering outstanding customer support in a financial environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with accuracy, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Previous experience in customer service, a contact centre, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • An adaptable approach with willingness to work shifts in an international, fast-paced setting.
  • Successful completion of a comprehensive on-site training programme upon joining.
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 09:00 – 21:00, Monday to Sunday (varied shift durations: 4, 6, or 8 hours).
