Workster is partnering with a leading BPO provider to recruit a Customer Support Representative who is fluent in both Croatian and Serbian, to join a growing customer care team in Budapest. This position supports a global e-commerce platform, where you’ll assist customers across multiple communication channels and ensure a top-tier service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide information about products and services
  • Manage customer orders and ensure a smooth post-purchase experience
  • Address complaints and issues by following proper documentation and escalation procedures
  • Ensure timely resolution of issues in line with company standards
  • Identify opportunities to improve support processes and contribute ideas for service enhancement
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the database
  • Report recurring or high-impact issues to the relevant internal teams for further action
  • Ensure adherence to internal procedures and quality standards

Requirements

  • Native or fluent in Croatian and Serbian, with solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
  • Completed high school education or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service is an advantage
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage difficult conversations with empathy
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized
  • Able to adapt quickly to a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Good numerical and reasoning skills
