• Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and assess current training program effectiveness.
• Maintain detailed records and analyse training data to inform future strategies and improvements.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and integrate them into training and QA procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in French with excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and training, preferably within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure service excellence.
• Demonstrable ability to develop comprehensive training materials and deliver engaging training sessions.
• Familiarity with quality assurance software and methodologies is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
