Key Responsibilities

• System Management: Maintain and manage the day-to-day operations of CCTV systems associated with iGaming facilities to ensure continuous protection and compliance.
• Monitoring and Analysis: Regularly monitor and analyse footage to identify any security breaches, irregularities, or suspicious activities, providing immediate response when necessary.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to CCTV equipment and software promptly to minimise downtime.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of system performance, incidents, and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the security and IT teams to ensure a cohesive approach to security monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications and Experience

• Technical Expertise: Proven experience with CCTV systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with iGaming operations and regulatory requirements for security and surveillance.
