Primary Responsibilities

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow forecasts to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Compliance and Regulation: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies that align with organisational objectives and drive growth.
  • Audit Coordination: Manage external and internal audits, providing necessary data and support to auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion of reports.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is highly preferred.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in financial management roles, preferably within a multinational or corporate setting.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems to enhance financial data analysis and reporting.
