Workster is partnering with a leading European BPO to hire a enthusiastic Turkish-speaking Player Support Specialist for their growing Team, working from Sofia. You will be providing gaming support via email for a number of fantastic games – Clash Royal, HayDay, Clash of Clans, Boom Beach, Braw Stars.

Your Role

  • Review user-generated back-office information to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Take prompt and appropriate action on information that violates guidelines or poses risks
  • Stay updated on internal policies to ensure accurate implementation
  • Identify and analyse patterns to proactively address potential risks

Your Qualifications

  • Fluent in Turkish (C1)
  • B2 or higher English language skill
  • Eligibility to work in Bulgaria (work permit, EU / Shengen citizenship)
  • Knowledge of pop culture, global events, and culture of the market(s) you are serving
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to defend decisions and provide context in thought process
  • Ability to identify patterns in behaviour that can be leveraged for improved decision-making
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to deal with shifting priorities and high volumes of work
  • Experience investigating fraud, spam, or other types of inappropriate information is an asset
