Main Duties in Turkish Recruitment

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates in Turkey.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and expectations.
  • Utilise social media, job boards, and other innovative sourcing techniques to reach potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of professional contacts in the Turkish job market.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a strong match with our organisational culture and job requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process, providing timely feedback to candidates and teams.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience in recruitment within Turkey, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Turkish job market and its dynamics.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with recruitment databases, ATS, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
