Dutch-speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist

Workster collaborates with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a Dutch-speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist to join their offices in Valencia and support a new fintech scale-up project. This role varies from other similar positions by enabling the Specialist to take more responsibility over the project design.

Your Role

• Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat
• Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem
• Constantly brainstorm with your colleagues to improve the Customer Experience Troubleshooting, innovation, and change management are part of the daily business
• You will use the latest technology and AI integrations and become an expert in this field
• Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms
• Responsible for Trustpilot reviews improving overall company NPS through excellent service
• Flagging and escalation of customer queries and coming up with suitable solutions
• Mapping and improving business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.
  

Your Qualifications

• Native level Dutch and fluent English
• Customer service is in your DNA and you have some experience already
• Excellent communication skills
• An interest in innovation (think chatbot-integrations)
• You are proactive and solution-oriented
• You can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer
• A technical background is an advantage
• You are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed
