Operations Manager – Fixed Term (12 Months)
We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and help keep our venues running smoothly, efficiently, and aligned with our values.
Reporting to your respective Head of Department, you will play a key role in ensuring our venues operate at their best every day. This is a hands-on role where you will be present across our sites, supporting teams, maintaining high standards, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
This is not a work-from-home role. It is about being in the venues, building strong relationships with teams and guests, and supporting operations during key service periods.
What you will be doing
Supporting and coordinating day-to-day operations across venues
Working closely with teams on the floor to maintain high standards and a great guest experience
Monitoring quality, performance, and margins to support venue success
Turning operational strategy into action by coordinating teams and improving processes
Ensuring operational procedures and compliance standards are consistently met
Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, safety, and the overall guest experience
