The Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the development of visually compelling materials across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality design execution. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating visual content for social media, websites, presentations, advertisements, brochures, and event materials.
- Support the execution of brand campaigns and ensure consistency across all visuals.
- Adapt master creative concepts into various formats and sizes.
- Edit and retouch images, source stock photos, and prepare final artwork for production.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, copywriters, and external agencies when needed.
- Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices.
- Organize and manage creative assets and design files.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
- Strong sense of layout, typography, color, and attention to detail.
- Portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical skill.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of printing processes and digital formats.
- Familiarity with motion graphics or simple animation is a plus.
- Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other collaborative design tools.
- Interest in real estate, architecture, or corporate branding is a bonus.
