Job Description
This position is for a Secondary Teacher / Athletics, Boys Coach Teaching Area TBD for McAnally MS for the 2026-2027 school year.

Primary Purpose:
Provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences in the core academic subject area assigned to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth.
Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society. Provide instruction and coach students to develop skills and ability to excel in sport assigned.
Contribute to education program as a whole and to growth of students involved in athletics.
Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university
Valid Texas teaching certificate with required endorsements for subject and level assigned
Successful completion of 20 Hour Texas School Bus Driver Safety Training Certification Class, and Class B commercial driver's license obtained by March 1 of the first year of district employment
and maintained thereafter.
Demonstrated competency in the core academic subject area assigned
