We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Construction Management - Mechanical/Piping WPO (Work Package Owner) in Guaynabo, Puerto Rico who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects are running like they should. You’ll take the lead on daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site, and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are there to get the job done. Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or other; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree

• At least 8 years of construction site experience

• At least 8 years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Construction manager

• Experience with hygienic and non-hygienic piping 

• Experience leading contractors and Superintendents for current scope, engineering information, and document drawings/specifications for construction execution.

• Working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building required.

• Ability to review and assist with Mechanical Piping scopes of work from the initial Bid Phase


Please note: Local Puerto Rico residents highly recommended


Ideally, you’ll also have:


• Pharma experience

• Collaborating in planning, design, construction and commissioning 

• Excellent communications skills

• Proficient in use of software as Power Point, Excel, Word, Bluebeam

• Facilitate and coordinate walkdowns and meetings and/or reviews with owner and designers

• Attend constructability reviews

• Lead client and construction meetings.

Posted Salary Range: Minimum
94,800.00
Posted Salary Range: Upper
150,000.00

The base salary range for this position is $94,800.00 to $150,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
