Key Responsibilities and Deliverables 

What you will be responsible for and what you will do

  • Drive end-to-end Fintech Ecosystem project execution, proactively managing timelines, risk, documentation, and stakeholder (TPV/Candescent) alignment through status calls, project plans, dashboards, notes, and overall status summaries.
  • Establish and update integrations including: SAML SSO, OIDC SSO, Aspects, Image Services, and other standard integration types as our portfolio of supported integrations expands
  • Engage with Marketplace onboarding lifecycle and understand how each phase (Apply, Assess, etc) impacts project readiness and timelines.
  • Collaborate with integration QA resources to stay up to date on integration and extensibility technologies and best practices. 
  • Continuous Process Improvement: recommend and draft refinements to templates, documentation, and project workflows to improve consistency, efficiency, and TPV experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project dependencies and escalate when timeline impact or risk of impact arises
  • Use AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, predictive accuracy, and quality

Qualifications and Experience

Demonstrated skills, competencies, and required experiences

  • Proven cross-functional, end-to-end coordination skills for customer-facing project work where general process is documented, requiring documentation of scope, status and blockers.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and influencing skills as well as effective listening skills
  • Experience with Smartsheet or equivalent project management tools
  • Ability to quickly learn basic concepts related to the financial services industry
  • Ability to quickly learn integration and extensibility concepts
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational skills

Preferred Distinctions

Additional Accomplishments

  • Experience in a SaaS or Fintech project role is preferred but not required.
  • Exposure to SSO technologies (SAML, OIDC) is a plus.
  • Exposure to mechanisms to curate end-user digital content (user groups, iframes, higher and lower environments) is a plus.
