Job Description

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to core returns via phone and email.
  • Contact customer to recover cores as per the due date via email and phone.
  • Bill customer for late return fee as per the SPEX terms and conditions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support during critical situations 
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively 

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Experience in the aviation industry or knowledge of aircraft parts 
  • Familiarity with order management systems and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously 
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
