Job Description
The Total Rewards Consultant plays a key role in achieving our organizational objectives by leading the development & implementation of Total Rewards programs in alignment with our global framework. This role will collaborate with Country HR Leaders, HR Service Center , Other C&B consultants across the region/globe to develop Total Rewards solutions that attract and retain the brightest minds from diverse backgrounds. This is a hands-on, SME role with a strong ideation, analysis, and execution focus.
This role will be part of the Vylor company and will report to the Total Rewards Leader for APAC-EMEA.
The role & responsibilities
The incumbent is part of the Total Rewards team and will work very closely with other members of the CoE, responsible for compensation and benefits of ~10 countries in the region.
Your key responsibilities:
- Adapt and implement C&B policies locally in coordination with global rewards team
- Be accountable for reward components in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures
- Initiate and drive reward related projects locally and regionally (examples include sales incentive, benefits harmonization, market competitiveness, job levelling and pricing, benefits sourcing).
- Provide training and consulting support to People Team colleagues and supervisors in C&B subject areas (example include annual merit review and market pricing)
- Ensure reward programs are communicated and understood
- Advocate reward angle in HR and business discussions
- Educate the company on practices and needs for the countries in the region
- Escalate and resolve compensation or benefits concerns that may exist at country level to corporate rewards.
- Collaboration in specific global Compensation projects, besides being responsible of the annual Compensation processes for the cluster (salary increase, salary guides adjustment, etc.)
Location
- Flexible within Europe; preference for proximity to a Corteva office
Your qualification profile:
- University degree in Business, HR Management or similar discipline required
- Fluent English required. Spanish, Italian, or French will be an asset.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in C&B in an international organization; preferably both in house and agency
- Broad experience in compensation & benefits issues
- Detailed knowledge and experience with one or more global HR consultancy market pricing methodologies
- Maturity to be a credible resource for both country management and total rewards
- Demonstrated ability to establish and manage a complex network of key stakeholders
- PMO experience and aptitude; project management experience at a regional level and proven results in delivering successful C&B projects
- Hands on and innovative approach
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and changing environment
