Area Manager
Job Description
1. Daily supervision of points of sale, in order to guarantee the maximization of results
and ensure that the organization's policies and values are adhered to by the entire team;
2. Supervision of all operational transactions, evaluating and certifying that they all meet the needs of customers and seek personalized service as a standard of service in their stores;
3. Definition of objectives and optimization of action plans for each point of sale, ensuring compliance with the KPI's defined by the organization;
4. Manage, recruit and train the Store teams, being side by side with them, motivating them and looking for their evolution;

- Bachelor or Master in the area of Management/ Food Engineering;
- With Professional Experience;
- Fluency in the spoken/written (qualifying) or French (preferred) English language;
- High sense of responsibility, rigor and analytical capacity;
- Good ability to manage time and stress;
- Ability to manage work plans and meet deadlines;
- Driving license required;
- Residence in Funchal;
