Core Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a tailored channel strategy for bricks-and-mortar accounts focusing on key grocery and drugstore accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet joint business objectives and to deliver best-in-class execution of commercial plans and challenge the status quo
  • Conduct weekly analysis of consumer sales data and stock intake, providing insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions and enhance campaign performance
  • Stay informed on market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor activities within the BU to continuously adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge to implement business improvement opportunities
  • Build visibility through increased share of space and effective trade marketing.
  • Develop accurate sales forecasts for consumer sales and sell-in, ensuring optimal stock levels and inventory management practices to minimize stock-outs and excess inventory.

Our Brick and Mortar channel team is collaborating effectively in order to improve the business potential of the channel on PUB (Poland, Ukraine &Baltics) markets and selectively beyond, whilst building the brand through engaging online and in-store experiences targeted both consumers and shoppers.  The key objective of this Key Account Manager role is to further develop the joint business and partnership with key customers in the business unit.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Work experience in Account management & development in Bricks & Mortar sector 
  • Exhibit a strong business understanding of both the offline as well as the online market and have a strategic perspective combined with strong executional skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Able to set up and implement a sound business plan with clear business, financial and growth targets and individual accountabilities 
  • Thrives in a team environment and understands the importance of trust and collaboration
  • Business Proficient in English and Polish

Compensation

The annual base salary for this position has a range from 237 737,00 zł - 356 605,00 zł based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational set-up. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law when determining the salary. A bonus scheme with a target Bonus of of the annual base salary is in place for this position as well as a standard benefit package .The comprehensive remuneration details, incl. benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
