Job Description

Our client in Roanoke, VA is seeking 10+ individuals for their Customer Care position. The ideal candidate will have great listening skills and a helpful and friendly attitude with customers. Along with a great personality, the manager is seeking someone who meets the following qualifications:

HOURS: 8:00AM EST to 4:30PM EST during training. Schedule varies following completion of training.

  • Requires a HS diploma or GED
  • Up to 1 year of previous experience in an
    automated customer service environment; or any combination of education
    and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Call Center experience.
