Responsibilities
Formulate and execute growth strategies to drive business expansion and achieve financial targets.
Lead branch operations with a strong focus on profitability, efficiency, and service excellence.
Drive business development for both overseas and local control segments.
Deliver topline revenue growth and bottom-line profitability.
Monitor and ensure station performance meets defined KPIs and operational standards.
Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to the station team.
Develop team capabilities through training, performance evaluation, and career development planning.
Oversee daily operational and sales activities to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Identify and capitalize on strategic opportunities to enhance market position and growth.
Maximize financial performance through effective cost management and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Sales Management
Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of assigned revenue targets.
Implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new business and retain existing customers.
Deliver consistent, high-quality service to customers through strong team execution.
Optimize return on investment across the SME sales accounts segment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Enterprise Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 1–5 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of freight forwarding practices and logistics operations.
Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies and drive growth.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate effectively, and manage multiple stakeholders.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and data.
Proficient in reporting, presentation, and business performance analysis.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a strong sense of accountability.
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
