Roles & Responsibilities

  1. To achieve targets for the designated Partner through effective sales strategies. 
  2. Sales planning and training need analysis.
  3. Existing Channel partners management.
  4. To build & manage relationships with various channel partners to retain business.
  5. Job profile of BDM to provide those sales Support in his region and take business from Brokers/Corporate Agents.
  6. Leads received from the brokers, get visited once verified by sales team on the phone.
  7. Explain all the features and benefits of the plan before picking up any premium from the customers. 
  8. A case get logged in only after receiving a confirmation from the brokers.
  9. Responsible for issuance of the case.
